Massimo Valente joins the GBA Group Management Team

Starting in September, Massimo Valente, as Executive Vice President of Cosmetics, will be responsible for the GBA Group’s global cosmetics business and will oversee its strategic development, international growth, and operational development.

He joined Complife Group as CEO in 2018 and has since played a key role in transforming the company from an Italian specialist into an international platform for testing, clinical research, regulatory and scientific services.

Massimo Valente has an academic background in Law and Business Administration and nearly 20 years of experience in corporate management, finance, M&A and strategic advisory. Prior to joining Complife, he worked in corporate and tax advisory, supporting M&A transactions, restructurings and integration projects for national and international groups.

Within GBA Group, his focus is on further expanding the international Cosmetics business, with particular emphasis on strategic growth, acquisitions and international integration.
