The GBA Group is continuing its international growth strategy by acquiring the Dutch company BAAT Holding B.V. (BAAT Medical), a leading provider of design and development services for medical devices. With this strategic acquisition, the GBA Group strengthens its position in the European medical device market, among other things by expanding its service portfolio in the development phase from the product idea to product development and successful market launch.

For almost three years now, we have been offering our leaders a workshop program specifically geared towards their practical need. It covers leadership topics, legal issues, HR, process management, and business basics. We celebrate the end of the program at a joint event discussing about leadership with representatives of our C-level management and exchanging ideas.

With the acquisition of the Swedish company Safe Control Materialteknik i Göteborg AB (Safe Control) GBA Group is expanding its regional presence in Sweden. After successfully entering the pharmaceutical and medical device market there last year, Safe Control meaningfully complements the GBA Group's service portfolio in the area of environmental and material analysis.
