New german Guidelines for Bread and Pastries

Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture BMEL has published the new German guidelines for bread and small bakery products. Newly recorded are pseudo cereals such as buckwheat, amaranth and quinoa, as well as special breads such as tortilla, baguette, ciabatta and bagel. Also the production method "Traditional" and "Whole Grain" are now defined.
