Contacting the GBA Group is easy

Just call us or send us an email with your request. The members of our sales team will handle your inquiry and will get in touch with you promptly. We will clarify any open questions with you, such as the purpose of the testing, the analytical methods, or the limits of determination. Shortly after you will receive a quotation by email.

If you do not have any questions, you can also use our order form for your first order. Just fill out the form and print it. Here you can provide information such as the client, invoice recipient, quotation number, and the exact analytical parameters for the sample. Put the order form together with your sample, package them appropriately, clearly label what your sample is, and send the package to GBA – that’s all! We can also pick up your sample from your site upon request.

We register your sample and assign it to your own individual customer service representative. This person keeps an eye on the whole process, double-checks the results, and sends you your test report and invoice. If you have any questions, both your individual customer service representative and the sales team will be available to assist you.

With a user-friendly interface, this online portal provides all the features necessary for ordering our services quickly and conveniently. For each sample, you can select from a range of test packages and parameters that we determine together with you in advance.
