Strategic step in GBA Group’s international expansion

Eureka Analytical Services Pvt Ltd (Eureka), a subsidiary of the GBA Group, has acquired Amlab Services Pte. Ltd. (Amlab), an international service laboratory for food and environmental analysis based in Singapore. With the acquisition of Amlab, the GBA Group continues its international growth trajectory and lays the foundation for establishing itself as one of the leading providers of life science services in the Asian market.

Founded in 2005, Amlab stands for high-quality analytical services in the fields of food, water and environmental analysis, hazardous substances and RoHS, soil and sand analysis, microbiology, as well as damage and failure analysis. Maximum precision, a strong commitment to quality, and consistent compliance with international standards make Amlab a high-performing and reliable partner for demanding testing requirements.
