The first wave of the relocation to the Neuried facility of GBAPharmaLabs was finished successfully last week and we are preparing to welcome the local competent authority for GMP-inspection.

With Regulation (EU) 2022/63 amending Annexes II and III of Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 with regard to the food additive titanium dioxide (E 171), the ban in food will apply from 07.08.2022. Titanium dioxide is a widely used whitening agent and is used for the optical enhancement of industrially produced food.

What started 30 years ago developed into one of the largest service providers in the field of clinical trials as a laboratory provider supporting clinical trials of phases one to four. It is our great pleasure to announce that LKF – Laboratorium für Klinische Forschung GmbH - has reorganized the board of directors with the beginning of the new year: Dr. Gerrit Schoenicke, MD and Dr. Volker El-Samalouti have taken over the role as managing directors and, together with Bärbel Wilke, they will be responsible for the ongoing development of the company. Former managing director Uwe Troge will remain responsible as an authorized signatory.
