Consumer expectations of food quality: New requirements for quality management

On December 3, 2025, the Deutsche Tiefkühlinstitut e. V. (dti) will host its 16th dti-Qualitätsforum, the central industry meeting place for experts in quality management, product development, and food law. Under the motto “Product development, sensory analysis, and law in dialogue with quality management,” the focus will be on interdisciplinary exchange about current challenges and innovations in the food industry.

The GBA Group is pleased to be represented this year by its own speaker:
Lena El Sayed, Business Development Director Food and Procurator of GBA Gesellschaft für Bioanalytik mbH, will speak in her breakout session on “Consumer expectations of food quality: New requirements for quality management.”

In addition to high-caliber specialist presentations, the forum offers numerous practice-oriented contributions in which participants can learn about innovative approaches and solutions firsthand. Topics such as digital twins in food production, artificial intelligence in complaint management, and the role of sensory factors in product development are also on the agenda.

In addition, the dti-Qualitätsforum offers ample opportunity for networking—experts from industry, science, and law will meet to discuss the latest developments, challenges, and opportunities in food production.
