Soils, Sediments, and Sludge
Clearly structured and understandable test report
Soils and sediments are the basic foundation for numerous ecosystems. They provide habitats for plants, animals, and microorganisms and therefore play a vital role in this cycle of resources. Contamination from the industry and agriculture, such as fertilizer, pesticides, or heavy metals, pose a considerable threat to the ecosystem.
Numerous laws and regulations on the national and regional level define how to deal with excavated or pumped sediment, excavated soil, and sludge (including sewage sludge) in a way that is environmentally conscious. It is only possible to evaluate the potential threat to the environment when the material is examined and analyzed by an accredited laboratory for environmental analysis. Subsequently, an assessment is made as to whether the material can be reused or if it must be disposed of appropriately.
With over 30 years of experience in the field of declaration analysis, and using state-of-the-art, accredited methods, we analyze all of the established analytical parameters that are legally required. You receive a clearly structured and understandable test report, which enables you to read the results and classification (e.g. in accordance with LAGA TR Soil) quickly and precisely. Using this information as a basis, it is also possible to derive potential remediation measures for contaminated sites.
Thanks to our regional presence, we not only provide you with expert consulting on the regulations and ordinances valid in individual states, but we also provide you with the appropriate containers and pick up your sample directly from the construction site.
When your construction project is under time pressure, we also provide you with the possibility to order express analysis. Our employees will gladly consult you on all issues, including organizational questions and every step on the way to the analytical results.
